We are looking to have an experienced Client Service Representative join our team.
Client Service Representative Qualifications:
The successful CSR candidate will share Anicira's commitment to delivering the highest quality of patient care with exceptional client service. The CSR creates an atmosphere of support for clients and their pets.
Client Service Representative Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Offer excellent client service at all times.
- Demonstrate respect and friendliness to all clients and team members; appreciate cultural differences and approach all interactions with kindness and an open mind.
- Build close working relationships with others both internally and externally.
- Use a non-judgmental approach to build trusting relationships with clients.
- Answer phone calls-schedule appointments, answer general questions.
- Present and explain fees and treatment plans.
- Utilize practice management software effectively.
- Have excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
- Manage a multi-line phone system. Accurately and efficiently triage phone calls.
- Have a great phone voice (interactive, positive, calming).
- Think quickly and problem-solve with sound judgment.
- Generate hospital forms and reports from the practice management software.
- Answer questions regarding products and services, educate clients.
- Manage medical records, charts, reports, and correspondence.
- Have the ability to triage patients and alert technicians and doctors.
- Complete financial transactions for clients.
- Review and determine client eligibility for financial assistance programs.
- Maintain hospital appearance and maintenance, ensuring that facility is clean.
- Other duties as assigned.
Work Hours:
Monday - Thursday 6:45a - 5:45p
Client Service Representative Physical and Job Requirements:
- The ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
- The ability to type on a keyboard, walk, stand, sit, stoop, kneel, as well as manipulate (lift, carry, and move)on a consistent basis and for long periods of time.
- Must be comfortable around animals and medical procedures.
