The Law Offices of Anidjar & Levine P.A., a leading fast-paced, dynamic and rapidly expanding law firm, is seeking a Paralegal with 2 to 5 years of defense or plaintiff litigation experience. Candidates with specific exposure to the area of first party and / or property claim litigation is preferred. We're looking for a motivated and organized individual with strong communication skills who is motivated to take on responsibilities and challenges. The ideal candidate will have top quality work product and significant experience with discovery, as well as experience with trial preparation. A commitment to exceptional client service. You must be experienced with active litigation files. Candidates with either Plaintiff or Defense experience will be considered. Strong communication and interpersonal skills needed.

Responsibilities :
- Handling litigation caseload from inception through trial or resolution.
- Scheduling court hearings, depositions, trials, preparing pleadings and letters.
- Manage attorney calendar.
- Handle discovery matters, including discovery requests and responses
- Maintain high standard of client contact / service
