Our ideal candidate will have previous receptionist experience and have worked at least a year in a veterinary hospital setting. Must be at least 18 years of age to apply. Animal Care Center of Green Valley is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
This position requires a practical knowledge of hospital organization and services, the basic rules and regulations governing visitors and animal patient treatment, computer skills, and practical knowledge of the standard procedures, veterinary records and terminology used in the hospital. Processing of shipment and some cleaning is part of the job description. The position requires work on Saturdays until approximately 3:00 pm.
Our open hours are Mondays 7:30 am-5 pm, Tuesdays 7:30 am-6 pm, Wednesday to Friday 7:30 am-5 pm, Saturday 7:30 a-2 pm.

· Perform clerical work with speed and accuracy
· Use a multiple line telephone.
· Strong computer skills
· Record keeping; Understand and carry out oral and written directions
· Proficiently handle all forms of payment.
· Provide miscellaneous support to the veterinary practice manager and staff.
· Process shipments
· Some cleaning duties
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.85 - $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 38 – 40 per week
