Are you a dedicated and energetic professional with a passion for customer service and small animal medicine? Animal Clinic & Hospital is seeking a full-time team member to become an integral part of our dynamic multi-doctor practice.
Position: Customer Care Specialist/Customer Service Representative
Schedule: Full-time, four days a week, with rotating Saturdays (1-2 per month). No on-call or emergency after-hours duties.

Job Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and telephone support
- Process payments efficiently using veterinary software
- Manage medical records, emails, and client communications
- Demonstrate problem-solving skills and ability to multitask
- Collaborate effectively with the team
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas
- Coordinate with the medical team to ensure positive client experiences
- Educate clients on veterinary standards of care and preventive wellness recommendations
- Willingness to be cross-trained for basic veterinary assisting skills when needed
Requirements:
- Veterinary and/or customer service experience preferred but not required
