Customer Service: (CSR) We are seeking an experienced Veterinary Client Service Representative. Our CSR staff is professional, yet empathetic in all their interactions. Their job is to be an ambassador for our hospital with both the clients and the referring hospitals. We are looking for enthusiastic candidates that are eager to provide a level of service that is client focused. Previous experience in an animal hospital is desired, but experience in fast paced, customer service settings is required. Candidates should possess a strong ability to work under pressure, while maintaining composure, professionalism and empathy.
This is not your typical front desk job. Our CSR staff are essential in the first step to providing emergency and critical care to our patients. This position would be best suited for someone who is looking to take their customer services skills in a new direction. The ability to think quickly on your feet, handle multiple urgent situations at once, and maintain a calm, professional attitude are essential requirements of this role.
A flexible schedule is a must for this position, as shifts will be assigned according to hospital needs. Ability to work 12 hours shifts that include days, nights, weekends and holidays is required.
