Animal Emergency and Specialty Center of Chattanooga is looking for an energetic and detail-oriented Veterinary Receptionist to join our team. As a Weekday Morning Veterinary Receptionist( Client Service Representative or "CSR"), you will be the first point of contact for clients and pet owners, ensuring that they receive the highest level of service as we provide critical care to their pets.
This is a full-time position with a Monday - Thursday work schedule ( 7 : 00 AM - 4 : 00 PM), offering a competitive pay range of $ 16 -$1 8 per hour, depending on experience. Key Responsibilities
- Client Interaction & Communication : Serve as the first point of contact for clients when they arrive, calling in, or seeking assistance. Warmly greet clients and provide them with information about services.
- Appointment Scheduling : Accurately schedule appointments for emergency visits, specialty consultations, or follow-up care.
- Phone Management : Handle incoming calls, respond to inquiries, and provide exceptional service and care to both clients and referring veterinarians.
- Client Education & Support : Provide basic information about our services, treatment options, and medical procedures. Ensure clients are well-informed and confident in the care their pets are receiving.
- Data Entry & Record Maintenance : Accurately enter patient data and ensure that all information is correctly recorded into our systems, maintaining confidentiality.
- Financial Transactions : Process payments, create invoices, and manage billing inquiries with accuracy and professionalism.
- Team Collaboration : Work closely with the veterinary staff, technicians, and managers to ensure seamless coordination of patient care and client service.
- Office Organization : Keep the reception area clean, organized, and stocked with necessary materials. Assist with office supplies and restocking when needed.
