Intelligent Shop (intelligent.shop), a burgeoning E-commerce brand specializing in innovative self-improvement men's products such as fragrances, volumizing hair loss shampoo, and hair regrowth treatments is seeking a talented and ambitious Social Media Specialist to add to our growing team!
The Social Media Specialist will play a key role in managing and growing Intelligent Shop’s social media presence. They will be responsible for daily content posting, building and maintaining social media calendars, setting and reaching social media growth goals and KPIs, community engagement, and fostering relationships with influencers and affiliates. This role is perfect for someone with a few years of experience who is excited about the opportunity to grow within a fast-paced and innovative brand.
Responsibilities
Content Strategy & Management:
Assist in developing and executing a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with brand goals.
- Build, manage, and maintain monthly social media content calendars that align with the overall marketing strategy.
- Develop and set social media growth goals and KPIs.
- Schedule and publish engaging content tailored to each platform.
- Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to ensure a consistent brand voice and messaging.
Stay up to date on platform trends and best practices to optimize content strategy.
Community Engagement & Growth:
Actively and proactively engage with followers by responding to comments, DMs, and inquiries.
- Engage with our community, influencers and other brands on social media to be involved and have a brand presence at the forefront of relevant topics and conversations.
- Actively work to educate our audience on Hair Loss Prevention and Skincare through content and all communications on social media.
- Monitor brand mentions and relevant industry conversations.
Help build and nurture relationships with influencers, affiliates, and brand advocates.
Influencer & Affiliate Management:
Maintain and grow relationships with existing affiliates and influencers, ensuring seamless communication.
- Identify and onboard new influencers and affiliates who align with the brand’s values.
Track performance and engagement metrics of influencer partnerships.
Analytics & Optimization:
Monitor and analyze performance metrics (follower and audience growth, engagement, reach, conversions, etc.).
- Provide insights and recommendations to optimize content and campaigns.
Conduct competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
Qualifications
2 years of experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing.
- Strong knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and X, with an understanding of what works best on each platform.
- Experience working with influencers and affiliates, including outreach and relationship management.
- A passion for content and an eye for creative execution (though this role does not require leading photoshoots or production planning).
- Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with online communities.
- Basic understanding of social media analytics and reporting tools.
Self-starter with enthusiasm for learning and growing in the role.
Location:
This role is remote but requires candidates to be based in the Los Angeles area.
