Animal Haven is seeking a receptionist to join our team!
Growing practice looking to add a full time or part time receptionist to our team. We strive to provide exceptional service to our clients. Our hard-working staff have a team approach to provide excellent patient care, so strong communication skills and ability to multitask are a must! Our ideal applicant possesses good critical thinking and problem-solving skills, compassion, a positive attitude, and follow through. Currently seeking a friendly receptionist with flexible availability, compensation based on experience. Duties include - answering multiple phone lines, scheduling appointments, checking clients in & out, effectively communicating to other team members, filling prescriptions, updating medical files, financial transactions, computer operation, client recalls, and other duties as needed.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $11.50 - $14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
