Our Opportunity: Receptionist
Status: Full Time Day Shift
Hours: 8-hour shift – 8am–4:30pm, etc.
Schedule: M-F shifts
Compensation: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour depending on experience
Summary
Responsible for administrative duties to include switchboard answering, greet visitors and customers, ensuring that they are referred to the proper person in a timely manner to assist them appropriately. Alcohol is an ingredient in products we produce. We are unable to guarantee specific positions, work schedules or work environments that do not include working around alcohol.
What You Will Be Doing
- Responsible for directing all incoming phone calls to the right company representative depending on
- nature of the call.
- Receive and distribute incoming faxes for employees and departments.
- Greet and refer all visitors and customers in as friendly and efficient manner possible.
- Answers questions about organization and provides callers with address, directions, and other
- information.
- Monitors visitor access and issues passes when required.
- Takes payments for services and products and codes to correct accounts.
- Orders, receives, and maintains office supplies.
- Performs other clerical duties as needed, such as filing, photocopying, and collating.
- Provide administrative support to Human Resources and Safety Team
- Attend staff meetings and take notes of important tasks or events.
- Other duties as assigned or required by manager, SVP, and customers.
- Adhere to and comply with Good Manufacturing Practices as outlined in Employee Handbook.
- Adhere to and comply with quality production and Food Safety.
What You Need to Bring
Minimum Qualifications:
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
- Professional, team player with a positive attitude & proactive mindset
- Demonstrated ability to establish effective and cooperative working relationships built on trust
- Excellent organizational & time management skills
- Strong understanding & compliance with handling confidential information
- Knowledge working in Outlook, Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, and use of customer portals
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1 – 3 years Reception experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Job Setting
This role is based in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Employees will experience varying physical demands throughout the day and walking on occasionally slippery floors.
Due to the nature of the facility, temperatures may fluctuate based on outside weather conditions including heat and cold.
The work environment can be loud, and hearing protection (ear plugs) is required. Additionally, to ensure safety and hygiene, employees must wear hairnets and refrain from wearing jewelry while on the production floor.

Physical Requirements
- Must be able to lift to 25 pounds occasionally.
