Client Services Representative. We are seeking a professional and personable receptionist to provide excellent customer service in our fast-paced AAHA accredited small animal hospital. Responsibilities include answering phones, scheduling appointments, processing payments, assisting & educating clients. Ideal applicants will be people-oriented, cheerful, well spoken, organized, dependable, responsible, mature, ethical, computer competent, and willing to learn new skills as well as adapt to changes in our dynamic industry. Excellent references, background check & drug testing required. At least 2 years of experience in client services preferred. FT permanent position. Responsibilities

- Maintain accurate records and documentation of animal care and client interactions.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $11.00 - $13.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
