Position Overview
We are hiring Entry-Level Client Representatives to engage with customers, provide product knowledge, and generate sales on behalf of our clients. Responsibilities
- Engage with customers face-to-face in a professional and friendly manner.
- Represent our clients and provide accurate product and service information.
- Assist customers in selecting products and services that best meet their needs.
- Maintain positive customer relationships and provide excellent customer service.
- Meet or exceed sales and customer acquisition goals.
- Work as part of a team to strategize and improve sales processes.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (required).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
- 0-3 years of experience in customer service, sales, retail, or hospitality (preferred but not required).
