Do you love animals? Do you want to have a direct impact on the lives of homeless pets as they prepare to go to their forever homes? If so, Animal Rescue Rhode Island (ARRI) might be the place for you! ARRI is currently seeking a part-time/full-time animal care attendant. Candidate must be able to work weekends as required for this position. Duties include, but are not limited to, cleaning dog kennels/cat cages, feeding shelter animals, walking, bathing, and socializing cats and dogs, and interacting with the public, as well being responsible for maintaining the interior and exterior grounds. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in dog handling and have strong customer service skills, be self-motivated and reliable, and have the ability to work with others as part of a team. Experience working in a professional animal careenvironment handling dogs is a must! Pay will commensurate with experience. Please send a resume, no phone calls please.
