Responsibilities Include
- Resource Allocation: Ensure the right resources are in place for successful project execution by assigning tasks and managing project needs.
- Prioritization: Balance multiple projects by focusing on high-impact initiatives and meeting deadlines.
- Timeline Management: Oversee project schedules to ensure timely delivery.
- Team Collaboration: Act as the primary liaison between teams, stakeholders, freelancers, and agencies to maintain alignment and smooth communication.
- Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify potential risks and implement solutions to keep projects on track.
- Progress Tracking: Monitor project milestones, report on progress, and adapt plans as needed to meet goals.
- Quality Control: Maintain high standards for deliverables, ensuring they meet the expectations and vision of the brand.
- Solution Building: Design effective strategies to overcome obstacles and keep projects moving forward.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for optimizing workflows to drive efficiency and innovation.
- Relevant project management experience, with a preference for backgrounds in creative or agency work.
