POSITION SUMMARY
Anisa International is seeking a results-driven IT Operations Manager with a strong analytical mindset and expertise in enhancing operational efficiency through technology. This key role will involve shaping IT infrastructure, identifying gaps, mitigating risks, and championing IT security best practices. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in enterprise-level device and platform management, cybersecurity, CRM, ERP systems, and other critical IT domains, enabling them to support cross-functional teams and drive impactful change.
Reporting to the Chief Administrative Officer (CAO), the IT Operations Manager will oversee the management of networks, hardware, software, and IT processes, with a focus on SaaS platform optimization, data management, and cybersecurity. The role will also manage employee onboarding / offboarding, access controls, help desk programs, and respond to end-user requests while ensuring platform efficiency across the organization. Collaboration with the IT Manager at our China Tianjin facility will be essential for standardizing IT infrastructure, security, and maintenance practices across regions.

IT Infrastructure & Platform Management :
- In collaboration with the Chief Administrative Officer (CAO), analyze business requirements, develop, and oversee tailored IT solutions to meet the company's platform needs. This involves continuously monitoring the performance of IT systems and SaaS platforms, ensuring that they are optimized for efficiency and productivity. The IT Operations Manager will provide data-driven recommendations for system improvements, manage updates and upgrades, and continually look for ways to reduce risk for all SaaS platforms, troubleshooting any issues that may arise to minimize disruptions.
