As the Manager of Marketing Operations, you will be a pivotal leader within our marketing operations team, responsible for optimizing our marketing technology tools to bolster pipeline growth and elevate marketing performance. Your influence across cross-functional teams and ability to implement scalable processes will drive measurable results across our diverse product lines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a high-achieving marketing operations team, cultivating a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
  • Strategically evaluate and optimize marketing tools such as Pardot, Salesforce, LeanData, Pursuit, and 6sense to increase efficiency and maximize ROI.
  • Develop and maintain frameworks for prospect data management, automation rules, and seamless integration between marketing and sales.
  • Act as a vital liaison among Marketing, Revenue Operations, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment in goals and outcomes.
  • Establish effective data management processes to guarantee database quality and educate teams on best practices.
  • Generate detailed performance reports that provide actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Stay informed on industry best practices in account-based marketing (ABM), lead routing, and sales qualification methodologies.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement within marketing operations and implement innovations to enhance operational efficiency.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing operations or related fields, with at least 2 years in a leadership capacity.
  • Proven leadership abilities, with a track record of inspiring teams and managing cross-functional initiatives.
  • A strategic mindset focused on technology and process optimization.
  • Hands-on familiarity with marketing technology tools, particularly Pardot and Salesforce, with HTML/CSS skills considered a plus.
  • Strong analytical capabilities, with a focus on transforming metrics into actionable strategies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.
