As a Marketing Account Manager, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our Run Specialty retailer clients, ensuring their marketing needs are met through ongoing communication, strategic planning, and support. In this role, you will be responsible for providing regular campaign updates, advising on marketing strategies, and identifying opportunities to enhance client outcomes. You will also assist clients in navigating their marketing dashboards, ensuring they understand key performance metrics and insights. By fostering strong relationships, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our clients' marketing initiatives.
Primary Responsibilities :
- Client Relationship Management
Serve as the main point of contact for client communications via email, phone, and video meetings.
Guide clients in navigating and interpreting data dashboards, helping them understand key performance metrics.
Manage timelines, deliverables, and follow-ups for client campaigns and requests.
