We’re expanding our production team and are looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented Production Assistant to help us deliver exceptional results across a wide range of projects.
Job Summary
The Production Assistant supports the day-to-day operations of our wrap and print production facility. This role includes prepping materials, assisting with vinyl application, helping in print and cut operations, and maintaining an organized, efficient workspace. You’ll work closely with designers, installers, and project managers to ensure each job runs smoothly and meets our quality standards.

Responsibilities
- Assist with production of vinyl graphics, signs, decals, and vehicle wraps
- Prepare surfaces and materials for installation (cleaning, measuring, cutting)
- Operate and maintain large-format printers, plotters, laminators, and hand tools
- Weed, mask, and assemble vinyl graphics accurately and efficiently
- Organize materials and track job components for multiple projects
- Help wrap installers during application process as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and order in the production workspace
- Assist with occasional deliveries, installations, or onsite setup
- Follow company safety protocols and quality control standards
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
- Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team
- Comfortable using hand tools and light machinery
- Physically able to lift 50 lbs, bend, kneel, and stand for extended periods
- Basic math and measuring skills
- Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
- Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation
Preferred (Not Required)
- Experience in sign making, vinyl production, or automotive customization
- Familiarity with tools like heat guns, utility knives, squeegees, plotters
- Understanding of vinyl, adhesives, and wrap materials
- Background in warehousing, fabrication, or trades is a plus
