This is a hybrid role with an expectation of being in-office a minimum of two days per week, which should be on one of the Firm’s three anchor days, which are Tuesday, Wednesday and/or Thursday. Occasional travel may be necessary.

What will you do in this role?
You will
- Collaborate and support Interior Design projects from early concept through construction, working closely with project teams on Housing-focused work.
- Assist in developing and presenting creative design concepts, layouts, space plans, and FF&E selections.
- Prepare and update interior drawings, schedules, and project manuals with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Collaborate effectively with consultants, contractors, specification writers, and regulatory agencies, applying working knowledge of industry processes and documentation standards.
- Assist in visual aid creation for business development activities and strategies.
- Engage in learning sessions, interdisciplinary meetings, and charrettes for continuous improvement and mentorship.
What you bring to be successful.
- Degree from a CIDA-accredited Interior Design program (strongly recommended).
- 2–5 years of professional experience; Housing design experience a plus.
- Proficiency in Revit (intermediate level preferred), Bluebeam, Conceptboard, Adobe Creative Suite (especially InDesign and Photoshop), Microsoft Office, SketchUp, and Enscape.
- Strong understanding of construction documentation, accessibility, and industry standards
- Experience participating in client presentations and communicating design ideas visually and verbally.
- A digital portfolio showcasing your work across conceptual design, space planning, FF&E, and construction documentation (to be requested if selected for interview).
