Senior Director Role Overview
The Senior Director will lead our clients in addressing their data privacy challenges, including:
- Assisting organizations through privacy-related regulatory investigations
- Conducting privacy risk assessments
- Creating policies and procedures
- Building data inventories
- Reviewing and interpreting regulatory changes
- Developing consumer response processes
- Implementing technology
This role is remote, allowing the successful candidate to work from anywhere. Key responsibilities include:
- Overseeing delivery of engagements related to privacy technology implementations
- Integrating privacy by design into software development life cycles
- Leading day-to-day activities of engagements, including interaction with team members and client contacts
- Managing all facets of client engagements, including project planning and budgeting
The ideal candidate will have:
- Bachelor's degree with solid academic performance
- 7 years of experience managing large, complex data privacy or compliance engagements
- 5 years of experience in a consulting or industry-specific environment in advertising technology (AdTech)
- Deep knowledge of privacy regulations and frameworks
- Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP) certification (preferred)

A reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role is between $110,000 to $240,000, depending on the location and other factors. We are committed to providing a competitive salary and benefits package to our employees.
