The patient service representative position is considered a hybrid position, in which the candidate will spend time on the administrative side and the clinical side. Job duties involve introducing & explaining patient paperwork & insurance benefits, scheduling appointments, collecting payments, assisting clinical staff, and maintaining treatment areas. Previous customer service experience is required; health-related experience is a plus.
