                SUMMARY

Observes and interprets continuous electrocardiographic tracings of telemetry patients to recognize and report cardiac arrhythmias to nursing personnel.

EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS

    • High school diploma or GED equivalency
    • One (1) - two (2) years of ECG or related healthcare experience (preferred).
    • Knowledge of medical terminology and cardiac pathophysiology (preferred).
    • Basic arrhythmia interpretation (will train).
