As the primary administrative support to our medical staff, you will be assisting patients complete the necessary steps prior to their in-person or virtual intake and follow up visits with the Physician Assistant for their medication management services.
This position entails coordination of pre-authorizations with insurances and pharmacies, scheduling appointments, coordinating required documentation/assessments for appointments, assisting with lab requisitions, updating patient records, and communicating with patients on behalf of the PA's. This is a full-time in-person position during our office hours of M-F 9-5pm.
Compensation: $18 - $20 yearly
