Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with senior team members to support the development of design concepts that reflect the client's vision and project goals.

- Assist in space planning, furniture selection, and material sourcing to create bespoke living environments tailored to each client's unique lifestyle and preferences.
- Contribute to the production of design presentations, including concept boards, renderings, and mood boards, to effectively communicate design concepts to clients and team members.
- Participate in client meetings and presentations, providing support in articulating design ideas and solutions to address client feedback and preferences.
- Assist in the preparation of construction documentation, including plans, elevations, and specifications, ensuring accuracy and adherence to design standards.
- Collaborate with vendors, contractors, and consultants to source luxury materials, furnishings, and finishes that align with the project's aesthetic and quality requirements.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor project progress, assist in resolving design issues, and ensure compliance with design intent and specifications.
- Contribute to the maintenance of project documentation, including organizing files and updating project schedules, to support efficient project management and delivery.
- Demonstrate a willingness to learn and grow in the field of luxury interior design, actively seeking opportunities for professional development and skill enhancement.
- Embrace a collaborative and supportive team environment, offering assistance and support to colleagues as needed to ensure the successful execution of projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in interior design, including internships or relevant coursework.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe InDesign and Photoshop, MS Suite, Sketchup (or similar 3D modeling software)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in the field of interior design.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Physical Requirements
- Able to occasionally travel and present at offsite locations in the Bay Area
- Applicants should be able to work with equipment typically found in an office and should be able to perform the essential functions of the job, with or without accommodation. Possible accommodations needed should be discussed prior to the onset of employment and/or the interview process.
- Ability to lift 25lbs and transport items in and out of vehicles. Ability to work on feet/run errands for
- 4 hours per day as needed. Ability to sit at a desk for 6 hours per day.
