Ann M Hartz, CPA & Associates is looking for a seasonal Receptionist who has excellent customer service skills and is good with multi-tasking. Part-time hours are Monday - Friday 5:00pm - 8:00pm and Saturdays 8:30am - 5:00pm. Job will start approximately the last week of January and end approximately April 15th. Applicant must be willing to undergo a background check.
Job Duties:
- Greet Clients
- Schedule Appointments by Phone
- Input data into Clients Portfolio Online
- Process Payments
- Filing
- Assemble Tax Return Packets
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- 3 years experience in customer service required
- 2 years experience as a receptionist preferred
- Excellent customer service skills required
- Prefer knowledge of Microsoft Office
