Vacation Rental Company - Maintenance Technician

• Complete basic maintenance issues
• Ability to professionally communicate with colleagues and guests
• Ability to multitask and finish tasks
• Basic knowledge of pools and the equipment
• Maintain company vehicles and equipment
• Follow safety procedures while performing duties
• Other duties and special projects as assigned
• Set up cable and internet services and trouble shoot
• Perform city inspections for licensing
• Change out Air Filters
• Other jobs and tasks as they come up
• The ability to fix broken items in the home
• Complete quality checks of the physical condition of vacation rentals
• Complete quality checks of the cleanliness of vacation rentals

Must have a VALID Driver's License

Full back ground check will be preformed on all final candidates.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $26.00 - $30.00 per hour
