- Receptionist greets visitors warmly and ensure they are comfortable
- Direct visitors to appropriate office and / or resident room
- Give directions / information to visitors, guests, residents, sales representatives, etc.
- Ensure guests / visitors abide by Anna Maria Policies

- Handle inquires, ensuring all enquires are managed in a professional manner
