">Responsibilities:
">- Assist the General Manager in all aspects of restaurant operations, including decision-making, staffing, inventory management, and quality control
- Supervise and coordinate communication between front of house and heart of house team members
- Monitor compliance with safety and hygiene regulations to ensure the restaurant exceeds standards in food quality, safety, and cleanliness
- Prepare shift schedules
- Process payroll for all restaurant staff as needed
- Calculate future needs in food, kitchenware, and equipment, and place orders, as needed
- Assist in monitoring finances, including sales and expenses for all areas of the restaurant
- Assist in managing store vendors and invoices
- Work with management personnel to set targets and incentives to increase profitability of restaurant
- Consistently review operations and staff to identify any problems, concerns, and opportunities for improvement
- Assist General Manager by providing coaching and feedback to staff and assess performance on an ongoing basis
- Support new employees' proper onboarding (scheduling, trainings, and ordering uniforms)
- Gather guests' feedback and recommend improvements to our menus and service
- Perform other related duties as assigned
