About the Role:
As a Property Manager, you'll play a vital role in maintaining our high service standards and contributing to our portfolio's growth. Reporting directly to the Senior Property Manager, you'll focus on resident communications and property turnovers, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities:
● Property Turnovers: Manage all aspects of move-in and move-out processes, including condition reports, videos, work lists, tenant and owner communication.
● Resident Relations: Serves as the primary point of contact for residents, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive living experience.
● Vacancy Management: Proactively minimize vacancies through effective communication and timely turnover processes.
● Owner Relations: Assist in onboarding new properties and maintaining strong relationships with existing owners.
● Leasing Support: Collaborate with the leasing team to facilitate resident recruitment, selection, and move-in procedures.
● Maintenance Coordination: Assist with non-routine maintenance issues, working closely with our in-house maintenance team.
● Lease Administration: Assist with lease renewals, violations, and security deposit deductions.
● HOA Compliance: Address and resolve HOA violations and issues.

Location & Hours:
● Annapolis-based, combining field work and office presence.
● Salaried position, 40-hour workweek, with flexibility for evenings and weekends during peak seasons.
● Participation in the 24/7 Emergency Manager on Duty rotation with additional compensation.
Requirements:

● Valid Driver's License: In good standing.
● Professional Attire: Business casual, with company-provided uniform.
● Technical Proficiency: Proficient in computer software and smartphone apps.
Qualifications:
● Associate or Bachelors degree
● Customer service or property maintenance/management experience preferred.
● Successful completion of criminal and employment background checks.
Compensation & Benefits:
● Competitive Salary: $60,000 - $72,000 total OTE, including base salary, target bonus, and miscellaneous income.
● Bonus/Commission:
○ Emergency Manager on Duty (MOD): $700 per week ($100 per day).
○ Completed Move-in/Move-out Reports & Videos: $100 per report.
● Paid Time Off: 10 days annually, increasing by one day per year up to 20 days.
● Paid Holidays: Six major holidays plus one floating holiday.
● Health Insurance: The company funded 90% of the standard plan after 90 days.
