Annapolis Yacht Club, a private Platinum Club located in the heart of downtown Annapolis, is looking to hire a Seasonal Assistant Manager for our Activity Center facility.
This pivotal role will oversee daily operations of our outdoor summer operations, ensuring that our services meet the highest standards of quality. The Seasonal Assistant Manager will play a key role in enhancing guest satisfaction in our pool, cafe and snack bar area and other outdoor spaces of our Club.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
- Managing day-to-day functions of the lifeguards, cafe and snack bar teams.
- Organize member-focused activities to increase engagement.
- Collaborate with various departments to enhance overall guest experience.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a supervisory or management role.
- Excellent leadership abilities with a focus on team development.
- Strong attention to detail
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
- A positive, can-do attitude!
