Job Responsibilities:
The performance of the duties outlined below must be carried out within the mission of the Annashae Corporation:
- Recruit candidates for assigned job orders and follow procedures to fill job orders utilizing knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures including the latest social media trends.
- Source qualified applicants, evaluate applicant qualifications, screen applicants, schedule and conduct interviews, assist Credentialing Coordinator with checking employment references and background information.
- Make 50 calls daily via the phone and internet and follow a prepared script for prospective candidates.
- Maintain personal brand through social media outlets.
- Brief and prep candidates for interviews with Clients.
- Maintain data on recruitment activities in applicant tracking system including applicant flow, interviews, hires, terminations/separations.
- Negotiate compensation packages.
- Attend Job and Career fairs, frequently correspond with healthcare organizations and professional associations.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
High school graduate or equivalent; the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. Must possess excellent interpersonal skills and have the ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community. At least one year of professional recruitment /sales/sourcing/social media experience. Proficiency in PC computer systems including working familiarity with word processing, spreadsheet and database applications, designing or setting up files in a file drawer and computer-based filing systems.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree with an emphasis in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management or related field. Previous experience as a Recruiter, direct sales or healthcare professional.
