Supervisory Role in Mental Health Services
We are looking for a dedicated professional to fill the position of Evening Shift Supervisor at our Operations Center. In this critical role, you will oversee the day-to-day activities of phone counselors and ensure effective collaboration with other teams.
Applicants must possess a Master's Degree in Social Work or Clinical Counseling, as well as an LCPC or LCSW-C certification. As the supervisor, you will be responsible for reviewing and approving Credible notes from mental health phone counselors, furnishing monthly statistics to the Director, and working with other teams for efficient case-processing.
Key responsibilities include supervising the evening Team Lead, maintaining program policies and procedures, and conducting daily reviews of client needs for suitable follow-up actions. You will also assess the need for MCT or CIT intervention and communicate with teams to provide summaries of dispatch services.
