STAFF ACCOUNTANT ON SITE - (2 YEARS EXPERIENCE) ANNE ARUNDEL COUNTY MENTAL HEALTH AGENCY

A non-profit organization is seeking a full-time Staff Accountant supporting the Finance Team in
a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor s degree in Accounting,
Finance, or a related field.
Minimum requirements : Bachelor's Degree, CPA preferred; Government, not-for-profit and / or
medical billing accounting a plus; impeccable organizational skills and attention to detail; strong
grammar and writing skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat; ability to
- work under pressure with competing priorities, maintain confidentiality; professional demeanor;
experience working with a Board of Directors a plus; available to work extended hours when
necessary.
Salary $60,000-$75,000 depending on experience, education and credentials. Benefits include :
10 days paid vacation and 5 days paid sick leave the first year (both vacation and sick leave can
be accrued indefinitely); Agency contributions to individual staffs 403b account paid twice per
long term disability and AD&D insurance; reimbursement for licensure; continuing education
assistance; use of company vehicle for business purposes; free parking. Benefits are subject to
change based on annual budget and Board of Directors approval.
