This position is designed for potential temporary employees who have been recruited to work in a summer sports camp. Please DO NOT apply for this position unless a member of the athletics program has prescreened and invited you to apply.
JOB SUMMARY
Assists the Sumer Camp Coach in implementing, facilitating, and coaching the camp.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assists with implementing the camp plan.
- Assists with facilitating/coaching campers.
- Assists with leading drills / sessions.
- Performs other related duties as assigned within the same classification or lower.

Education
- High School Diploma or Equivalency Certificate required; or
- Other: registered and attending high school required.
Experience
- Athletic experience as an athlete and or coach required.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Other Characteristics
- Ability to teach sport-specific skills.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively work and communicate with diverse populations.
- Demonstrated proficiency with business technology applications (e.g. Video/Web Conferencing, Microsoft Office Suite -Word, Excel, Outlook, and/or PowerPoint preferred).

Employee must retain active licenses, certifications, and enrollment as a condition of employment.
