Position: Health Services Manager

Calling all skilled, experienced and compassionate RNs to explore a leadership career opportunity with a mission driven and established organization. Anne Grady Services, a private, not-for-profit organization dedicated to providing the highest quality care to individuals with intellectual disabilities, is looking for a Health Services Manager to join our team.
Requirements:
- Current Ohio RN license.
- 3 years of nursing experience.
- Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize work.
- Ability to learn and comply with Medicaid regulations.
- Physical agility and lifting capability (50 pounds).
Preferred Requirements:
- BSN preferred.
- 1 year supervisory experience.
- Experience with ID/DD individuals preferred.
- Current CPR/First Aid training.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate health services at Anne Grady Services.
- Advocate for services and ensure documentation accuracy.
- Implement physician orders and ensure compliance.
- Promote active treatment, dignity, and independence.
- Serve as a leader to wing nurses.
- Oversee Medication Administration and health-related activities.
- Participate in on call rotation.
- Act as RN for clinical questions in the absence of the Health Services Director.
