About the Role:
We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Property Manager to oversee the sale and day-to-day management of two unique properties in Portland, OR. One of the properties operates as Portland Arts Retreat (portlandartsretreat.com), hosting renowned writers and artists.
This role requires someone who can confidently manage property operations, coordinate with vendors, and support on-site staff. You’ll be the key person on the ground, working closely with Anne Sikora, the property owner, who is based in Kona, Hawaii.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate property viewings with potential buyers and agents
• Liaise with staging managers and real estate brokers
• Oversee minor maintenance issues and ensure timely repairs
• Support the on-site team with day-to-day property needs
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure smooth operations
Who We’re Looking For:
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Experience in property management, real estate coordination, or similar roles
• Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently
• Strong communication skills to liaise with remote stakeholders
