Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead our recruitment efforts across all Annie Aesthetic clinics. This role will focus on identifying, attracting, and onboarding top talent, including clinical practitioners, in-clinic administrators, and corporate roles. You will work closely with leadership to ensure that recruitment aligns with our business goals and cultural values.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Strategic Recruitment Planning :
Execute talent acquisition strategies to support rapid growth at our clinics and the corporate team.
Work with the team to proactively build and maintain a pipeline of high-quality candidates for clinical, operational, and corporate roles.
Conduct initial screenings and shepherd candidates through the end-to-end interview process.
Work closely with HR, Annie Aesthetic team, and Clinic Leaders to design seamless onboarding experiences.
Track and analyze recruitment metrics to refine strategies and ensure efficiency.
