Job Summary:
The Intake & Data Coordinator at Annie Malone Children & Family Services plays a vital role in ensuring the efficient intake and data management processes for the organization's programs and services. This position involves a paperless intake process and requires an outgoing attitude, passion for social services, and community involvement.
Key Responsibilities:

Client Intake and Assessment:
- Conduct initial intake assessments for clients and families seeking services.
- Gather essential information, including demographics, medical history, and social background.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure clients are matched with the appropriate services.
- Actively engage with potential clients, "sell" the programs offered by the organization, and close admissions to meet program intake metrics.

Data Entry and Management:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in the organization's database.
- Enter client information, service details, and case notes into Salesforce or another CRM system promptly.
- Ensure data integrity and confidentiality of client records.
- Monitor and manage intake data to meet program targets and ensure compliance with organizational goals.

Reporting and Analysis:
- Generate reports and dashboards to track and analyze program outcomes.
- Assist in evaluating program effectiveness based on data trends.
- Identify areas for improvement and make data-driven recommendations.

Compliance and Documentation:
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in data management.
- Maintain documentation related to client interactions and services provided.
- Assist in audits and data quality assurance processes to ensure compliance with relevant laws and organizational policies.

Communication and Collaboration:
- Collaborate with program managers, social workers, and other staff to coordinate services.
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and external agencies as needed.
- Attend team meetings and provide updates on intake and data-related matters.
- Actively participate in community outreach efforts to promote the agency's programs and services.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Comfortability and experience with Salesforce or a comparable CRM system for data entry, reporting, and program tracking.
- Strong organizational and data management skills.
- Ability to "sell" and close program admissions to meet intake targets.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of child and family services and relevant regulations is a plus.
