Position Description
Anoka County's Human Services division is committed to working with people to improve lives through collaboration across its five departments : Community Corrections, Community Social Services & Behavioral Health, Economic Assistance, Public Health & Environmental Services, and the Job Training Center.
We are seeking a Manager of Business Analytics & Data to collaborate closely with senior leadership within the division to lead a team business analyst staff and facilitate strategic decisions around prioritization of Business Systems Analyst (BSA) resources, technology priorities and data analytics.
This role ensures that the team effectively analyzes, designs, and implements business systems solutions that align with the county's strategic objectives. The Manager leads the technology and analytics roadmap for Human Services, and provides leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the Business Systems Analyst team, manages workload and priorities, and collaborates across departments to ensure seamless system integration and support. The role is also responsible for coordinating and prioritizing project activities, ensuring compliance with established processes, and driving continuous improvement within the team.
This is a full-time, exempt, hybrid position. Interviews will take place the week of February 17th, 2025 for those selected to move forward in the hiring process.
Pay & Benefits
- Hiring range : $98,231 to $137,484 ($47.23 to $66.10 per hour).
