Manager of Business Automation
Smart Data Solutions, a leading provider of data management, claim routing and workflow solutions to health plans and TPAs, is looking for a Manager of Business Automation.
What you’ll be doing?
- Lead business analysis of healthcare payer operations including claims examination, prior authorization, provider data management, and provider contract management.
- Consult with key stakeholders to determine business objectives and success factors.
- Business case and user story creation
- Detailed process documentation with analysis of existing gaps and inefficiencies
- Identification of automation opportunities within payer workflows
- Design and planning of RPA and API automation solutions.
- Working with cross-functional team including RPA, API developers, and other key stakeholders to implement, test, and deploy automation solutions.
- Participation in design and implementation of RPA operations center
- Establishment of RPA best practices and procedures
- Training of RPA operations and development team leadership
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
What we’re looking for?
Required skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, data analysis, or related field
- 10 years of industry experience with business analysis and automation
- Strong analytical skills, exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, and a strong client-facing presence
- Intermediate to advanced skills using Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio
- High energy, self-motivated, disciplined self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Visa Sponsorship eligible position
Location: This role is located in our Plano, TX office.
