What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Solution Delivery Lead position at Anomaly?
Position:
Anomaly is seeking an experienced and dynamic Solution Delivery Lead to drive customer adoption and value with our core products. This role will be responsible for onboarding new customers, optimizing their utilization of our solutions, articulating our value, and building relationships throughout the customer organization. In addition, this individual will work closely with our Product and Growth teams to translate customer feedback into ongoing product enhancements and refinement of our go-to-market strategy and messaging. The ideal candidate is a self-starter and strategic thinker who is highly collaborative and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
This role reports to the Chief Growth Officer and will be either in-person in our NYC office or remote based on the candidate's preference.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Onboarding: Coordinate closely with our Product and Engineering teams to ensure a seamless customer onboarding experience. Create an effective blueprint for new customer onboarding, including artifacts and templates to streamline the process.
- Value Capture: Convey solution value through customer reporting, data analysis, and executive presentations. Define the key metrics that matter most to our customers. Establish performance benchmarks across our customer cohort. Develop case studies showcasing our impact.
- Solution Optimization: Identify opportunities to optimize solution performance in the customer environment. Support individual customers in their product adoption journey, but also bring generalized learnings back to the Anomaly team for continuous improvement.
- Contract Expansion: Surface value-driven upsell opportunities and collaborate closely with the Growth team to expand our footprint with existing customers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Minimum of 8 years of customer success, customer operations, and/or consulting experience focused on healthcare providers or health plans.
- Deep understanding of the healthcare revenue cycle and existing solution set.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Ability to explain complex topics, adapt to individual customer environments, and build trust.
- Strong data skills. Comfort diving into customer data and regularly interfacing with Product, Engineering, and Data Science teams to explain and improve performance.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on results, value, and customer satisfaction.
