About Us
We are a growing MLM marketing agency seeking a motivated recruiter to help expand our partner network using LinkedIn Recruiter. Our unique business model has demonstrated impressive results - our founder personally recruited six partners in just two weeks, and now we're scaling our acquisition strategy.
Your Role
As our Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will:
Utilize your full LinkedIn Recruiter account (not LinkedIn Lite) to identify potential partners
Employ Interseller to extract email addresses from LinkedIn profiles
Execute proven drip campaigns and InMail sequences using our tested templates
Track conversion metrics and optimize outreach strategy
Requirements
Active LinkedIn Recruiter account (full version, not Lite)
Experience with Interseller or similar lead generation tools
Strong understanding of outreach campaigns and follow-up sequences
Self-motivated with excellent communication skills
Ability to work independently and meet recruitment targets
Compensation Structure
We offer a performance-based compensation model:
$50 monthly recurring commission for EACH partner you recruit 2.5% commissions on partners book of business
Commissions continue for as long as the partner remains active
Potential for significant passive income growth as your partner network expands
Important Notes
Three-month minimum commitment required
Partners must remain active for at least 3 months
Partners will invest $349 in required software
No base salary - this is a commission-only opportunity
