Position Details :
The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for the daily management of the recruitment cycle that focuses primarily on medical doctors in various nursing homes. The ideal candidate for this role will have an understanding of impactful recruitment strategies in the medical community, specifically as it relates to the sourcing, communication and acquisition of Medical Doctors, and the ability to effectively communicate and build positive relationships with potential candidates.
Responsibilities :
- Lead the full-cycle recruitment process for the recruitment of Medical Doctor positions, from sourcing, screening, scheduling, and offer negotiation
- Develop and implement targeted strategies to attract qualified Medical Doctors with expertise in long-term care and geriatrics
- Provide comprehensive information to candidates about the responsibilities, expectations, and challenges associated with the recruitment of Medical Doctors in a long-term care environment
- Management of the day-to-day responsibilities associated with recruiting for MedElite and its partners
- Keep accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the company ATS
- Establish and deliver strategies around talent acquisition goals
Qualifications :
Salary Range : $65,000 - $90,000 base salary
