About the Role :
We are seeking an experienced Safety Manager to join our HR team in a manufacturing / industrial environment.
The Safety Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of safety, security, and surveillance within a manufacturing facility. This includes implementing and managing safety training programs, conducting orientations, and ensuring compliance with OSHA and other applicable regulations.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement safety and security policies in line with OSHA standards.
- Conduct safety orientations and ongoing training sessions for all employees.
- Monitor surveillance systems and coordinate security measures.
- Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to identify potential hazards.
- Collaborate with HR and other departments to foster a culture of safety.
- Prepare and maintain documentation related to safety procedures and incidents.
