What are the responsibilities and job description for the Funeral Home Assistant position at Anonymous?
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Funeral Home Assistant to provide essential support in various settings. The ideal candidate will be able to function in a busy environment, provide excellent service, and is willing to be flexible based on our company needs. The core shift will be Monday-Friday from 8:30am-1:00pm with evenings and weekends, as requested. (25-35 hours/week total)
- Answer phones
- Confidential Data Entry
- Professional presentation at all times
- Perform heavy lifting, bending, and stooping required
- Light cleaning and maintenance of the building interior and exterior
- Collaborate with funeral directors to ensure seamless communication
- Serve families as a funeral home representative during visitation and funeral services (evenings & weekends, if requested)
- Ability to multi-task and shift to additional tasks quickly
- Valid Driver’s License in good standing
