Job Summary :

The IT Specialist is responsible for Level 1 & Level 2 onsite and remote helpdesk support. The position will provide clear and consistent support for our NY office & remote staff, their laptops, desktops and mobile phones. They will effectively prioritize, document and resolve end-user issues and / or escalate to other levels / members of the team to assist. Must have an approachable and helpful demeanor and able to work well with fellow staff, in IT and other departments. The position will also be responsible for vendor management tasks such as onboarding, purchasing and recurring billing fulfilment. We are a skilled global team and require an individual who is proactive, detail oriented and can multi-task easily.

Job Requirements :

• 5 Years Level I / II Helpdesk experience, specializing in OS (Windows & Mac), Hardware and software support to users across multiple countries and disciplines. Demonstrated Laptop and phone fleet management, troubleshooting and replacement.
• 5 Proven Office 365 User Management. Onboarding new users both in-person and remotely. Managing Security & Cloud Application permissions and licensing.
• Excellent Vendor Management skills, evaluating and onboarding new IT partners and vendors. Strong analysis of vendor & subscription agreements, purchasing and invoicing. Diligent bill processing and renewal management.
• Hybrid in-office and remote work (3 days in-office) and when necessary, availability / accessibility outside conventional work hours and some weekends.
• Requires minimum lifting ability of 30 pounds; may require heavy lifting of 50 pounds with assistance of team members and / or equipment
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred, exceptions for extensive relevant experience

Compensation :

Salary : $70,000 - $90,000
