Salary :
The Head of Marketing will be responsible for Anonyomes marketing and communications strategy and all related activities. The Head of Marketing will architect and execute on the delivery of a fully integrated marketing and communications strategy driving revenue growth, brand awareness, and customer acquisition for the company. As a member of the executive team, you will work closely with other members to ensure board initiatives are understood and carried out across all functions of the company. This role requires a seasoned leader with deep expertise in both selling and marketing into consumer and enterprise markets within the technology sector.
Primary Responsibilities and Leadership :
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies, including branding, positioning, and go-to-market plans with both paid and organic marketing mix
- Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including website management, SEO / SEM, email marketing, and content marketing
- Drive lead and demand generation strategies into campaign, continuously measuring results
- Working closely with the company's sales team; enabling them to meet their sales objectives by providing them with appropriate leads, tools, and content
- Run integrated marketing campaigns with sales to drive outbound pipeline growth using various strategies such as account-based marketing, targeted events, and content syndication

- Analyze the companys market trends, landscape, and customer needs to inform product positioning and content marketing strategy
- Work closely with product management and design teams to define marketing materials and programs across all new and existing offerings

- Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives.
- Guiding the day-to-day activities of the marketing team ensuring that the marketing objectives are implemented and met in a timely manner.
