Anonyome, a leader in online privacy and cyber safety solutions, is looking for an experienced creative professional to join our Marketing team. The Creative Manager will serve as the company’s resident expert in design best practices to help drive brand development, engagement and consistency across all customer-facing channels in support of Anonyome’s Sudo Platform SaaS suite and MySudo app. The successful candidate should be skilled at value-added design, strategic and tactical problem solving, and purposeful ideation, all while supporting multiple design projects across the organization, including assisting the product design effort as needed.

REQUIREMENTS
Responsibilities
- Leverage your strong understanding of design best practices to develop a world-class brand.
- Serve as the go-to expert for advanced-level creative and design work company wide.
- Utilize expert level video editing skills to support ongoing digital marketing campaigns on channels like YouTube, Reddit, the Anonyome website and more to drive market engagement and product adoption.
- Digest complex abstract concepts and turn them into powerful visuals that support the brand, including positioning, unique differentiation and value proposition.
- Develop and maintain an industry-leading look and feel for Anonyome’s three public websites.
- Support all social media design requirements for Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Reddit, etc. to ensure a world-class, consistent brand identity and increase engagement.
- Assist team members from across the organization in the creation of design assets for internal and external presentations, product design updates, etc.
- Work closely with Product Design team to ensure seamless branding between customer-facing marketing and product experience.
- Support the technical production of a regularly-produced podcast.
- Conduct custom photo shoots.
- Lead scripted video production for interviews, testimonials and company overview videos.
- Manage live video events (Facebook Live, YouTube Live, LinkedIn Live, Instagram Live, etc.).
- Own and maintain the company’s official branding style guide.
Experience and Skills
- 5-7 years in graphic design with a focus on supporting the marketing function
- Posses deep knowledge and expertise with the full suite of Adobe design products
- Expert level photo and graphics editing ability
- Knowledgeable about shortcuts to great design without compromising quality
- Familiarity with the video storyboarding process
- In-depth knowledge of traditional and digital media approaches
- A knack for good tech design
- Familiarity with deploying design assets/concepts in WordPress
- Knowledge of audio/video production and set lighting techniques
- Comfortable working in and presenting to cross-functional teams
- Demonstrated design portfolio required
Desirable Skills and Experience
- Prior agency experience
- Familiarity with SaaS model

- B2B and B2C design experience
