Duties
- Assist clients with daily living activities, including meal preparation and personal hygiene.

- Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance the quality of life for clients.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations to protect client confidentiality.
- Assist in managing medications and appointments, ensuring timely administration and attendance.
- Support individuals with disabilities by facilitating their participation in community activities.
- Maintain a clean and safe living environment for clients, adhering to all health and safety guidelines.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in patient care, long-term care, or assisted living is preferred.
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and patient privacy practices.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Experience with patient monitoring techniques
- Familiarity with meal preparation for individuals with dietary restrictions.
- Compassionate demeanor with a genuine desire to help others.
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities is a plus.
