Job Summary
ANR Construction and Home Services, Inc. is a general contractor and home services company. We are in search of a disciplined and detail-oriented individual to assist us in building the company.
This position begins as part-time and has the potential to evolve into a full-time role.
Primary Responsibilities
- Organize and manage QuickBooks, ensuring it is synchronized with both construction and merchant service CRM systems.
- Assist in the creation and development of cost codes.
- Generate bills based on work orders and invoices.
- Process payments and record transactions accurately.
- Reconcile project financial reports provided by project managers with QuickBooks.
- Prepare monthly reports on bonuses, commissions, and gross profit.
- Compile weekly timesheets.
- Ensure compliance with governmental accounting standards and practices.
- Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting.
- Provide support during audits.
Optional Responsibilities :
- Provide general administrative support, including answering phones and responding to emails.
- Organize and optimize the company’s monthly bills and recurring expenses.
- Provide training and support for junior staff regarding financial concepts and office procedures.
Requirements
- Proven experience and knowledge of QuickBooks.
- Strong understanding of general ledger reconciliation, account reconciliation, and accounts payable processes.
- Familiarity with financial concepts and principles relevant to office management.
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Previous experience in the construction and remodeling industry and familiarity with CRM systems is desirable.
- Experience and knowledge in other fields, such as legal or human resources, is also welcome.
- A second language, Spanish or Ukrainian, is also needed.

Pay: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour
