As a Marcom Specialist based in Morgan Hill, you will have responsibility for planning and executing company trade shows and marketing events. Activities include:
- Coordinating event logistics, including space reservations, facilities, and demo shipments
- Planning/scheduling show activities and demonstrations with sales and marketing staff
- Planning and executing event promotional campaigns and related advertising
- Attending events for support and representation (liaising with vendors, video interviews, customer interaction, etc.)
Supporting multi-channel marketing strategies that align with business goals such as lead generation activities and product promotions using customer engagement and marketing automation tools. Activities include:
- Supporting the development of product/solution assets
- Scheduling and moderating Anritsu hosted webinars and their promotions
- Creating and scheduling promotional email campaigns, including nurture emails
- Supporting the development of promotional web pages and setting up landing page forms
- Scoring, grading, and qualifying prospective leads
- Generating campaign performance reports which include analysis of placement, publication, asset/activity type, and lead vs. ROI
This position will be reporting to the Marketing Communications manager based in Morgan Hill.
Requirements:
- Requires a Bachelor of Science in Advertising, Marketing, or equivalent
- Requires 2 to 5 years of experience
- Experience with marketing automation tools. Experience with Salesforce/Pardot is a plus.
- Technical knowledge and experience with electronic instrumentation is a plus.

The annual base salary range for this position is $100,000 - $110,000. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
